Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Lakeshore Appliance Specialists, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide Viking appliance repair and maintenance services in the North Shore area of Chicago, Illinois.
Service Scope
Lakeshore Appliance Specialists provides repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for Viking brand appliances. We are an independent service company and are not affiliated with Viking, Middleby Corporation, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
Estimates and Authorization
After diagnosing your appliance, we provide a cost estimate for the recommended repair. Work beyond the initial diagnostic assessment will not proceed without your explicit authorization. The final cost may vary from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during the repair process; any significant changes will be communicated before additional work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods.
Warranty on Repairs
We stand behind our repair work. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor are communicated at the time of service and may vary depending on the nature of the repair and the components involved.
Limitation of Liability
Lakeshore Appliance Specialists is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use your appliance, whether before, during, or after our service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us as early as possible so we can offer your time slot to another customer in need.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
